• Single page
  $1,250 One page with up to eight sections: about, hours, menu or services, gallery, map, contact. For a shop, cafe, or practice that needs to be found and look current on a phone.
• Multi-page
  $2,500 Up to five pages on a shared layout and navigation. For a business with separate services, an events calendar, or a team page. Additional pages are $250 each.
• Editable WordPress
  $5,000 A custom theme, up to eight pages, news or a blog, training, and a written editing guide. For an organization whose staff or volunteers post updates themselves. Additional pages are $300 each.

Every build includes a planning meeting, two rounds of revisions, a layout that works on phones, accessibility basics, launch, and DNS setup on your domain. It also includes the groundwork for search: page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, your address, hours, and phone marked up for Google, social sharing previews, and Search Console verification.

Payment is half to start and half at launch. A single-page site can be upgraded to multi-page later for the difference in price.

Hosting and care.

• Static hosting
  $40 a month For single-page and multi-page sites. Edits are billed in 15-minute increments.
• Static care
  $85 a month Adds 30 minutes of edits a month for menus, hours, and events, and a quarterly check of your listings.
• WordPress hosting
  $125 a month Updates, security, and 30 minutes of support a month.
• WordPress care plus
  $250 a month Adds an hour of content or design work a month, updates tested before release, and a monthly report.

Every plan includes HTTPS, server and software updates, uptime monitoring, nightly backups kept off-site for 12 months, and a restore test every quarter. Paying annually is billed at ten months.

If you would rather host it yourself, hand-off to your own hosting is $250, with every account and password in your name and written instructions. Support after that is $125 an hour.

Local search.

• Setup
  $500, one time Google Business Profile, Bing Places, consistent listings across the major directories, and a baseline report.
• Visibility
  $250 a month Business Profile posts and updates, review response drafts, and a monthly search report.
• Growth
  $650 a month Visibility, plus one new page or article a month, directory listings, and competitor tracking.
